Please note: To book your move we require a 33% deposit via PayPal. NO CHECKS OR E CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED! You may, however, make a credit card payment through www.paypal.com. The balance will be collected in Cash upon the completion of your move. If you'd like to pay the balance with a credit card you may do so before the mover leaves but there will be a 3.9% surcharge which PayPal levies on us.
Our cancellation policy is as follows; If you cancel your move within 48 hours of your move, the 33% deposit will be forfeited.
Please also note: we do not carry a certificate of insurance but we take every precaution in moving your items carefully by using blankets and instructing our customers on how to prepare for their move. Our movers are also very careful not to damage the buildings we move in and out of.
Bestsmallmovers's Cancellation Policy:
33% cancellation fee (Minimum $50) if the customer cancels within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours there is a 15% resceduling fee.
