I live on the fourth floor of my current apartment. Will be moving to a new apartment with an elevator. The futon is about 6.5 feet length and about 3.5 feet wide. I currently live on 85th and York Avenue in Manhattan and I am moving to 91st and 2nd. All together will have 6 things which will be needed to move. This could take less then a hour and no more then 1.5 half.
