We are moving out of a duplex apartment so there is one flight of stairs within the apartment. Once those stairs are cleared, the elevator can be taken down to the ground floor and then there are no stairs leading out to the street. The building we are moving into has an elevator, and a few stairs from the street level into the lobby. 1 queen mattress 1 full mattress + box spring + basic metal frame 1 dresser 1 night stand 1-2 couches (not sure yet) small coffee table (glass, somewhat fragile) large plasma tv card table + 3 folding chairs clothes, books, etc - average amount for two guys, but no kitchen stuff
