Hi, The dresser is not huge, I'm not sure what double-wide means, but I don't want to underestimate. It is wood so a little heavy, but I think it shouldn't be hard with 2 guys. I'm taking it from a ground floor apartment, down one flight of an internal staircase at 8th st and greene st to a 6th floor walkup on thompson and bleecker. It's approximately 9 blocks, so I don't think we need a truck. I'd also love to move it this weekend is possible. It's a family favorite, so we need to be careful with it, and with not scratching the walls in the houses. Good service is rewarded with tips! Thanks, Matt
