The armoire is quite heavy. It was carried into our previous house by two men--up stairs, tight turns, low stairwell. This current move is much easier: ground floor, near-empty apartment. If you have a dolly, it would be very easy to roll it out; It is an12-block move from W. 108th St. to Columbus and 98th. The Columbus Ave. apartment bldg (808 Columbus) requires an insurance certificate.
