Hi, We are currently on the second floor of a walkup. Our new building is on a higher floor but has an elevator. It is also more spacious. The only tricky part is the sectional couch in the living room. For that, we need to unscrew the bottom part. In case it helps, I have lots of tools and a tape gun, and lots of boxes. I'm not going through the agonizing detail of listing every last thing we own. Suffice it to say, we live in a 570 square foot apartment and it's a bit cramped. I would be more inclined to accept an hourly quote. I think it's more fair for all parties concerned. If you feel like the only way you could offer a quote is to see pictures of all my stuff, that can be arranged. I'm expecting this move to go very smoothly. I HAVE MY OWN TRUCK.
