I am moving from the second floor of a building to the fourth floor on another building. Neither buildings have an elevator. I also have in addition: a Bike for the move. The doorway entrance to the staircase is kind of narrow and may pose problems to move some things out, I only see there being a problem with moving the wardrobe..
