"The move went smoothly in terms of time but they scuffed some of our furniture and the floors and walls of the apartment. In retrospect we should have told them to be more careful with our stuff, but then again isn't it their job to do so? On a positive note, Moti was always able for contact and efficiently submitted all insurance requests we had."
