"Movers were courteous and good humored, and pretty efficient. I forgot to mention that I had a narrow staircase that furniture had to be moved down, but they didn't seem to mind. They didn't really respond to e-mails, which made me a worried that they hadn't gotten their COIs in but they apparently did."
