"They scheduled me for the 2-6 time block but came at 8pm - however, they were updating me the entire time to let me know what the situation was. In the end, I can't hold them responsible for having to move someone up a 5 story walk up immediately before me.
 
 Still, this was the second time I used them and if I move again, there will definitely be a third time. They were very efficient with the move and still very careful with my things and the constant communication did make things a lot more comforting."
