"They were okay - they showed up 20 minutes before the start of the hour-long window they gave me without calling; moved quickly but scratched walls in both the apartments because of rushing with furniture that wasn't fully wrapped. Courteous and quick; disassembled and reassembled my bed without an extra fee but didn't seem to worried about nicking or scratching furniture as they moved them. "
