"I was contacted by RVS Movers regarding the quote I had accepted. Although I was incorrectly quoted, we worked out a fair price. They showed up on time, worked very hard, protected my items, were nice to me. I was extremely satisfied and tipped well to show them my appreciation. I hope not to move for a long time (it's a lot of work!), but if I need to, I will call them first. Thank you again, guys!"

"Glenn was super helpful and able to schedule a move for somewhat last second. They came super well prepared with dollies, rolling platforms and large cart, which was great because they ended up having to park down the block from my apartment. Still the whole move took only a few quick hours. My only complaint was they didn't wrap my dressers or mattress in anything, so my dresser got a small nick. "

"CTS was a great choice. They worked with a moderately complicated travel schedule to the destination and a strange parking situation, the move was quick and efficient, my belongings were well cared for. Can definitely recommend them."

"Mover communicated OK, the scheduling and COI came through no problem. Since I was doing a partial move (some things were staying / getting thrown away) there was some confusion about what was going vs staying; while I may not have done the best job in communicating exactly what should've been taken we ended up with a few smaller things left behind that I had to move myself later. Since I was just beginning to pack when I listed the move, I didn't know the exact # of boxes, etc. In the end, I had more boxes but fewer big furniture than listed on the bid request and the mover requested a little more $ for the change. The amount wasn't unreasonable but seemed a little nickle-and-diming, since I'd say the job got easier, not harder compared to the requested bid."

"They were late and only showed up with 2 movers. It wasn't the mover's fault - the company didn't set them up properly. It took them the better part of a day to move a 1 BR apt. Nice guys, but Dumbo didn't set them up appropriately."

The day of the move he kept me informed of his arrival time and arrived at the agreed upon time. He was polite and very efficient. He was a pleasure to move with and I would definitely use him again. He was cheerful and pleasant and not cranky and unpleasant as some of the past movers I have used. He made the move as painless as possible."

"These movers were very good, other than a large scratch on my hardwood floors, that I think I can buff out. They moved so quickly they weren't very careful with the floor. Other than that they were quick and efficient - Just under 3 hours for a local move (within 2 miles) with 3 men and 1 truck. They did wrap furniture carefully. "
